The estimated base salary range for this role is $40,710 to $68,380 per year.  
Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors

Effective support of the Accounts Payable Vendor Master function is to ensure best in class performance for productivity, quality and customer satisfaction related to the integrity of AWI’s vendor master data.

What You'll Do

         Vendor Master

• Maintain SAP Vendor Master, including New Vendor Requests and Change Requests
• Ensure Vendor Master Sox Controls and Audit guidelines are followed and maintained.
• Own the yearly processing of 1099 tax filings.
• Perform Key-User acceptance testing for all systems upgrades, new functionalities and processes.
• Collaborate on special projects in support of business goals and process improvement as needed.  

What will make you successful                                               

• Strong attention to detail
• Must have the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of SAP preferred.                     

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of relevant experience

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to organize and present materials to various levels of the organization.
