Summary

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in a fast-paced, high-energy environment? As a Samples Coordinator (SC), you'll be at the heart of our production floor, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. Your mission? To ensure that our Sales Department has the perfect samples, right on time, to dazzle clients and drive business forward.

In this hands-on role, you'll take charge of the Warehouse, pulling samples that will help our sales team showcase the best of what we offer. You'll collaborate closely with our ERP Admin and Project Coordinator, forming a powerhouse trio dedicated to efficiency, precision, and excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Fulfillment of Samples Requests from ERP Admin and Sales Process Manager
• Inventory maintenance of all samples on the floor
• Maintaining the samples area to make sure it is neat and tidy
• Inventory maintenance of samples packing material
• Work with Marketing, Sales Process Manager, and ERP Admin on new product launch materials

• Computer knowledge to help retrieve orders and samples

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interfaces with team members across departments
• Collaborates with all members of the Sales Team to coordinate sample requests
• Must be able to think independently and problem solve day-to-day sales problems.
• Flexibility to handle fast-paced, stressful situations, and deadline pressures.
• A team player, able to work collaboratively in a dynamic, high-growth, fast-paced environment.
