We are currently seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Finance Professional Development Program. Our team of finance and accounting professionals are committed to providing world-class leadership to drive industry leading shareholder return and develop the future finance leaders.

 

In this 2-3 year entry level program, you will have the opportunity to experience challenging and rewarding assignments.  You will be exposed to senior finance and top business leaders and have the opportunity to add significant value and make an immediate impact on the business.  Typically lasting 6 to 9 months, these assignments will allow you to build your analytical, technical accounting, communication and leadership skills through budgeting and forecasting, or providing analysis associated with capital investments, cash flow and strategic planning.  You could find yourself working in one of our manufacturing facilities supporting our accounting operations or as a financial analyst, providing insights and recommendations to accelerate growth.  Assignments could also include opportunities to work in one of our corporate functions as a member of our Internal Audit, Treasury, Tax, or Investor Relations teams.  

 

Program assignments are located at our Corporate Headquarters in Lancaster, PA and in one of our U.S. manufacturing locations or at our WAVE joint venture headquarters in Malvern, PA.  The experience gained through these assignments will provide you with the necessary skills to advance into a finance position at any of our locations.  If you are hungry for experience, have a demonstrated track record of academic excellence, outstanding leadership ability and a desire to join an organization with a history of market leadership and brand loyalty, then we want you to build your career with us!

 

 

The profile of our ideal candidate includes:

  • Individuals in their final year of a BS/MS accounting, finance, or economics
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Completion of at least 2 college-level accounting courses is required
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to manage multiple priorities
  • Leadership abilities demonstrated through involvement in student organizations and / or community service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Co-op or internship experience and a willingness to relocate is preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office with emphasis in Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls is a plus
