As our Sales Support Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Commercial Sales Team including company system support, database support, monthly reporting, and other administrative and customer service duties.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide support for Customer Relationship Management system
  • Provide general administrative support to department staff
  • Pull reports for Commercial Sales (the distributor purchase reports)
  • Handle customer web access requests
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for distributor meetings
  • Maintain customer tax exemption administration
  • Generate requests for updated information and cover letter and send copies to the appropriate people both internally and externally
  • Update the appropriate databases
  • Gather data and prepare reports monthly utilizing Microsoft Excel
  • Onboard/Offboard employees, as necessary, within the Customer Focus Center and Commercial Sales Team 


What will make you successful:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Demonstrable experience in sales support administration
  • Experience with sales industry software like Salesforce and Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Experience setting up and conducting webinars
  • In-depth knowledge of administrative recordkeeping practices
  • Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment in handling and processing confidential information
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high volume work environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer service skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach toward problem-solving


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field
