Our Finance team is currently seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst at our headquarters in Lancaster, PA to lead the AWI Treasury Department in cash and insurance analytics and liquidity functions. As Senior Treasury Analyst, you will also be responsible for preparation of forecasts for budget and cash flow, act as back-up for daily cash transactions, journal entries, and foreign exchange transactions, and will oversee monitoring counter-party risk and credit.

 

Responsibilities of the Senior Treasury Analyst:

  • Design and maintain analytical tools for daily cash position; assist with cash forecasting models
  • Optimize internal reports for submission of all cash forecasting to management
  • Assist with M&A functions including Treasury and Insurance responsibilities such as due diligence, forecasting, and bank relationship implementation, and ongoing maintenance
  • Conduct ongoing analysis and metrics for loss development of insurance reserves, loss development factors and assist with ongoing claims handling
  • Work as liaison between carriers/brokers/TPA servicers and AWI for claims information
  • Handle all state insurance filings; maintain invoicing database and journal entry reconciliation
  • Approve wire requests up to $15,000,000 and process ad hoc Treasury invoices
  • Assist with submission and review of Certificate of Insurance requests and maintain existing certificate database
  • Collaborate with Treasury and Risk Manager on annual budget and ongoing annual forecasts
  • Provide financial analysis to management and create models involving cash flow metrics, liquidity, working capital, and quarterly corporate financial reporting
  • Assist with 10Q & 10K filing; ensure compliance with FBAR, FATCA, SOX, and GAAP
  • Provide support in analyzing and formulating recommendations regarding debt portfolio, share repurchases, dividends, mergers and acquisitions, and other capital allocation decisions
  • Assist with plant risk management and corporate risk analysis

 

Required Qualifications and Education of the Senior Treasury Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of Finance, Accounting, or Risk Management experience
  • Very detail oriented with a need for accuracy
  • Strong process improvement orientation
  • MS Office Proficiency

 

Preferred Qualifications of the Senior Treasury Analyst:

  • CTP or CPA certification or relevant insurance/risk management designation
  • Experience with Bloomberg and accounting software such as Hyperion and SAP
  • Previous experience in derivative regulatory work including Dodd Frank
  • Insurance knowledge
