AWI has recently launched our first eCommerce site which is a cutting-edge, end-to-end platform that connects facility managers, business owners and consumers with ceiling solutions. We are building a team to own, manage and grow this platform as we work to transform the building products buying experience.

As our Digital Content Producer, you will be responsible for scaling and supporting our Kanopi brand through content generation across marketing channels like social media, Google search, the company eCommerce website, landing pages, e-mails, paid advertising, and more.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborate with team members to develop a content marketing calendar
  • Help identify key content marketing channels
  • Research and develop content based on consumer demand and search interest
  • Conceptualize and create fresh and compelling digital content that combines a variety of elements, including infographics, photo galleries, video, social media posts, and more
  • Engage, manage, and grows the audience on our social media platforms
  • Identify topical and relevant content to attract customers for key segments and business use cases
  • Write compelling headlines and descriptions for advertising campaigns
  • A/B test various advertising copy choices and landing pages to increase performance
  • Assist with SEO efforts on Kanopi website
  • Assure execution on assigned marketing content deliverables within the defined project plans
  • Works collaboratively with cross functional project teams

 

What will make you successful:

  • 3+ years relevant experience in a digital content producer role
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (Sprout, Buffer, Facebook Business Manager or related)
  • Ability to edit and improve copy
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills and
  • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize quickly
  • Understanding B2B and B2C market segments
  • Previous experience creating content in the building materials category
  • Global knowledge and sensitivity to cultural differences.
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Ability to edits photos with Photoshop, Canva, or related software
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to increase organic search
  • Strong creative thinking skills
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively across geographies and functional areas

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • IT technical knowledge specific to digital marketing, web design, or web performance
  • Experience with ecommerce
