As our Sales & Marketing Project Integration Coordinator, you will be responsible for integrating internal support and sales connections for Armstrong’s industry partners in a way that drives valued growth for AWI.  You will also own, manage, and develop our CEU program while supporting marketing activities including Showpad, new product launches, and channel customer initiatives.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage the development and marketing of the integrated partnership program - building value for AWI and between AWI and partners
  • Identify and communicate partner market trends and ideas that impact new product integration and collaborative marketing or sales opportunities in support of business objectives.
  • Drive integration initiatives across various business units into tangible concepts and events that provide value to AWI and partners
  • Execute and maintain partner contracts, working closely with Legal and Segment Marketing Manager.
  • Assist the Segment & Marketing Managers with partner marketing messaging and updates.
  • Lead the monthly Integrated Partners Steering Committee meetings.
  • Develop, plan, and coordinate partner business meetings.
  • Update and manage partner information on website and Showpad in coordination with eMarketing, Marketing Commercialization Managers, and Marketing Communications to assure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and conduct training presentations on partner product lines and other marketing initiatives for customers and sales team
  • Maintain payment schedule and contracts for partners and vendors
  • Manage the CEU process - including all submissions to AIA, IDCEC & USGBC, handling questions from customers and sales reps, working with SMEs to develop and maintain accurate and effective modules that help meet AWI business objectives, coordinating updates to AWI and partner websites related to CEUs, and regular review of rep and customer use.
  • Support the management and training of Showpad content with reps and channel customers.
  • Identifying and uploading monthly content updates to the Distributor Solution Network.
  • Assist with New Product Launch initiatives and Sales Rep requests.
  • Develop dashboards and utilize data to develop and analyze performance benchmarks for Marketing Partner, CEU and Showpad initiatives.

 

What will make you successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Proven experience with developing positive relationships with cross-functional teams to gather information and influence decision-making
  • Proactive in planning ahead, prioritizing tasks, addressing requests, resolving issues and developing efficiency in processes.
  • Proven Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proven Proficiency with CRM systems and ability to use for reporting & tracking (Salesforce)
  • Demonstrates a close attention to detail in work.
  • Strong presentation and communications skills, both written and verbal

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Sales experience in the building products industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ABP product/solutions, commercial markets and customers, including architects, contractors, distributors, and owners
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Lighting and Mechanical Integration with ceilings
  • Marketing experience
