Reporting to the Technical and Content Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator provides essential support for events and trade shows, assists in the development of presentations, and manages various communication tasks. This administrative role involves coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing activities. The incumbent works closely with the Marketing Team to maintain brand consistency and support overall marketing strategies.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and organize logistics for events and trade shows.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare and manage event materials, including promotional items and signage.
  • Assist in creating and designing presentations for internal and external use.
  • Ensure presentations align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain and assist with sample communications and inventory management through digital platforms (sample store, material bank, etc.).
  • Serve as a backup support for Samples Coordinator role.
  • Gather and organize relevant data and content for presentations.
  • Maintain independent rep SharePoint with updated and relevant information to marketing and sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and implement communication strategies.
  • Manage company event calendars for external and internal events (factory tours and company events), as needed.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Provide support for various marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain open communication with team members to facilitate collaboration.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software/tools.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) are advantageous.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to oversee unexpected challenges.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel for events and trade shows as needed.
  • Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment for events.

 

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of previous experience in marketing, event coordination, or a related administrative role.
  • Experience with event planning and trade show coordination is a plus.
