Reporting to the General Manager, Arktura, the Plant Manager leads and oversees the manufacturing operations. The incumbent is accountable for the effective management and profitable operation and leadership of the facility by focusing on the general objectives of safety, quality, customer service, and cost reduction with emphasis on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.

What You’ll Do
- Leadership & Management: Provide overall leadership for operating results at the facility, ensuring continuous improvement in safety, service, cost, inventory management, quality, and organizational capability.
- Process Improvement: Serve as a change agent, institutionalizing industry-leading tools and improvement systems (e.g., Lean & Six Sigma).
- Team Coordination: Facilitate coordination of all operations activities with departmental supervisors and personnel to ensure effective utilization of plant capacity, assets, and staff.
- Financial Oversight: Develop, manage, and achieve operations budget targets, ensuring strong financial controls are in place.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with senior management to plan, develop, and implement new products, services, and related operational/manufacturing capabilities.

- Proven history of success in building cross-functional teams and driving P&L results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement tools/techniques including Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing.
- Ability to work across organizational lines and achieve business objectives through personal initiative and energy.
- Strong problem-solving background with capabilities to ensure rapid resolution of operational issues and to drive ongoing improvements.
- Proactive and visionary mindset, unafraid to turn ideas into reality
- Maintaining a healthy, positive, and energized work environment for all plant employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline, preferably engineering.
- 10+ years of production management experience in a manufacturing operation.
- Demonstrated business leadership including the ability to understand and drive P&L results.
