The estimated base salary range for this role is $23.21 Per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

  • Track customer orders and due dates; match to incoming Assembly/Pack Jobs and purchase orders.
  • Reconcile purchase orders to job materials coming back from paint.
  • Prioritize QC Inspection of materials returning from paint based on planned Assembly/Pack dates.
  • Ensure that hardware is pulled ahead of the Assembly/Packing process.
  • Print ALL job projects along with Purchase Orders, Doc trak, packing list, shop drawings and Bill Of Material (BOM)
  • Print out Packing Lists project folder, insure we have Installation documents or request them ahead of Assembly.
  • Advise Assembly Supervisor on jobs that are ready to be taken into Assembly, identify jobs that are not ready/late and investigate reason and new due date.
  • Issue Work in Progress (WIP) Materials for the Assembly and/or Packing process
  • When Assembly/Packing are complete, confirm all employee run times are closed, operations are complete, QC has performed the final inspection, and complete the job.
  • Confirm whether the order is on Ship Hold, or is Released
  • If the order is on Ship Hold, Reserve the materials for the order
  • Turn over documentation, shipping weights/dims to Shipping Coordinator
  • Understands and abides by all QMS procedures.
  • Update configured lines every morning and before leaving
  • Update the system with current job status daily; resolves any issues.
  • Ensure all jobs on the End of Day (EOD) Shipment List are closed daily
  • Ensure all “Unposted Job Transaction” forms is empty, and resolve issues as needed
  • Update Live Doc at EOD
  • Ensures all jobs are closed at end of month
  • Other duties may be assigned

  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Must be able to demonstrate accurate, basic math skills.
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer skills with the ability to navigate around files; prior ERP experience a plus.
  • Ability to identify part discrepancies and make recommendations for correction.

  • Due to the open environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity and cold

  1. Office Environment - This position operates in a professional office environment and is not exposed to adverse environmental conditions. This role may use standard office equipment such as computers, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines in a limited capacity. No PPE is required. 

 

  1. Plant Environment - This position may operate in a manufacturing setting and can be subject to extreme cold and hot temperatures; uneven walking surfaces with cords, tools, and other obstacles; intermittent loud noises; and dusty/dirty conditions. Where applicable PPE is required. PPE includes hard hats, safety glasses, earplugs, steel toe/composite boots, and fall protection.

 

Education and/or Experience

Some machine positions may require additional certification or a technical training program.

 

  • High school diploma or GED (Required)
  • College Degree or technical training in a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing environment
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Manufacturing/Production control
  • Syteline experience a plus

 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • CalOSHA 10 a plus
  • OSHA Forklift Certification a plus
  • CPR & First Aid Certification a plus
