The estimated base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $85,000 per year.  
Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors

Reporting to the Construction Services Manager (Project Coordination), the Project Coordinator Supervisor position will work alongside the Construction Services Manager to provide frontline leadership for the Project Coordination Team to ensure the efficient execution of customer service activities required to support the Architectural Specialties Premium and Custom business. This role is engaged in managing daily operations and work schedules to ensure service level goals and requirements are met, as well as provide hands-on oversight to the training and development of the Project Coordination Team.  This position requires the development of good working relationships at all levels within the company, leading and communicating as needed to maximize individual and team performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervises Project Coordination Team
    • Ensure efficient execution of customer service activities required to support the AS Premium and Custom business
    • Oversee daily operations and work schedules to ensure service level goals and requirements are met

 

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Proactively offers support to team during peak times by providing backup coverage
    • Create and maintain training modules and support documentation for new or existing PC Team processes
    • SAP sales and distribution expertise is necessary to support IT initiatives, user acceptance testing and training, and backup coverage
    • Troubleshoots all PC team related inquiries around processes and technology
    • Primary support role for IT projects that includes user acceptance testing and training team members
    • Proactively seek process improvement opportunities, bring to attention of management and implements as agreed upon
    • Responsible for identifying change and end-use requirements for developing “transformational” projects for key business initiatives

 

  • Metrics and Reporting
    • Compile data and prepare monthly reports and metrics
    • Ad hoc reporting and special project requests as needed

 

  • Customer Experience
    • Integrating new businesses into the AS processes
    • Exercise decision-making capabilities to quickly and effectively resolve customer issues resulting in customer satisfaction
    • Effective and efficient communication with internal and external customers to create positive customer experiences
    • Act as a liaison to other departments to facilitate the resolution of customer inquiries or complaints
    • Provide coaching on exceptional customer service skills and techniques

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. Additional years of relevant project coordination and supervisory experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Experience with SAP Sales and Distribution platform preferred
