As our Director of Treasury and Risk Management, you will be responsible for providing direction and oversight across the functional areas of Treasury and Risk Management.

What you'll be doing:

  • Overseeing capital structure and liquidity planning and analysis to support operating plans, strategic plans, and growth initiatives within the risk parameters acceptable to the company
  • Establishing the optimal mix and form of debt and equity capital to finance company operations
  • Evaluating and recommending capital deployment options
  • Managing relationships with banks, lenders, ratings agencies, and stock exchange
  • Overseeing and managing capital raising activities (debt and equity), including post-issuance maintenance of records and payments of interest, dividends, and principal
  • Providing global executive oversight and cash management direction to short- and long-term investment strategies for all cash, securities, and financial assets of the company
  • Managing foreign currency, interest rate and certain commodity exposures through use of various derivative instruments based on established policies including Dodd-Frank and other reporting requirements
  • Providing investment advice to retirement committee on pension, 401k, etc.
  • Managing investment management outsourced vendor and custodians
  • Providing financial stewardship for the company’s insurance programs
  • Overseeing and managing the real estate program and services

 

What will make you successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 10+ years relevant treasury/finance background
  • CFA Certification
  • Prior management experience
  • Experience working with and presenting to senior management
  • Broad understanding of cash and debt management, risk management, as well as capital structures and investments
  • Excellent leadership presence with ability to interact at executive level
  • High level of business acumen
  • Passion for delivering results, agility and both internal and external customer focus 
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and regularly think of ways to do things differently, more efficiently and with greater productivity
  • Excellent judgmental skills regarding people and information
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications and presentation skills
  • Thorough ability to develop relationships
  • Highly motivated and creative with ability to think strategically
  • Outstanding financial and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Bloomberg Software

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree such as MBA
