We currently have two Finance internship opportunities available at our corporate headquarters in Lancaster, PA for the summer of 2022. We are looking for candidates who are energetic, analytical, and highly motivated to succeed in our team environment. Our team of finance and accounting professionals are committed to providing world-class leadership to drive industry leading shareholder return and develop the future finance leaders of tomorrow. Candidates should be majoring in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related degree.

The profile of our ideal candidate includes:

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business  
  • Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, cumulative and within major
  • Must have completed Junior year prior to starting Summer 2022 internship
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to manage multiple priorities
  • Leadership abilities demonstrated through involvement in student organizations and / or community service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Capability to build working and professional relationships with other functions
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office with emphasis in Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions when necessary
  • Unlimited authorization to work in the United States
