We have Finance internship opportunities available at our corporate headquarters in Lancaster, PA for the summer of 2025. We are searching for candidates who are energetic, analytical, and highly motivated to succeed in our team environment. Our team of finance and accounting professionals are committed to providing world-class leadership to drive industry leading shareholder return and develop the future finance leaders of tomorrow. Candidates should be majoring in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related degree.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Capability to build working and professional relationships with other functions
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office with emphasis in Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Ability to work independently and within a team to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field 
• A minimum 3.0 GPA, cumulative and within major
• Must have completed Junior year prior to starting Summer 2025 internship
• Unlimited authorization to work in the United States
