Reporting to the Sustainability Director and Government Relations Team, the Government Relations Coordinator plays a critical role in shaping the company’s Government Relations strategy, fostering stakeholder relationships, and ensuring seamless collaboration across Government Relations, Sustainability, and Legal teams.

What You Will Do
- Government Relations Coordination
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel for team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting materials, and reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Government Relations Analytics
- Assist in the development and execution of the company’s government relations strategy.
- Monitor legislative updates and prepare briefing materials.
- Coordinate outreach efforts and maintain relationships with external partners.
- Support the preparation of presentations and reports for government stakeholders.
- Sustainability Support
- Track and report sustainability initiatives and metrics.
- Work with business units to integrate the company’s sustainability mission into strategic plans.
- Maintain records of sustainability projects to ensure compliance with standards.
- Legal & Compliance Coordination
- Support the organization and maintenance of legal initiatives and documentation.
- Coordinate with legal counsel to ensure timely responses to requests.
- Participate in additional projects supporting legal and compliance functions.

Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
- 2+ years in an administrative or coordination role, with experience supporting cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities.
