As our Marketing Launch Project Manager, you will be managing and driving launch schedules and related tools to coordinate across businesses. Additionally, you will analyze, initiate, collect and/or recommend process changes to improve day-to-day workflow, and recommend interface of technologies to benefit the launch process.

What you'll be doing:

  • Working closely with integration manager to create major and interim launch schedules and communicate them a quarter in advance of kickoff dates
  • For off-cycle launches, leveraging key milestones to ensure key critical path steps are met and drives schedules to meet communicated dates
  • Providing ongoing updates to marcom, marketing and integration manager as to status of launch milestones as well as expectations for sales tool production & fulfillment
  • Overseeing and managing product information and updates across tools, including core samples and the online digital catalog, providing timely and accurate information
  • Networking with the web team to ensure database content matches
  • Integrating with marketing communication team members to define production/tactic requirements for each launch, and documenting the planned elements for launches in Sharepoint on behalf of the Marketing & Communications teams
  • Associating key dates for these tactics and overseeing project management of the elements through production, assembly of kits, and shipping
  • Recommending guidelines and process improvements to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Working with ebus and digital teams to drive system evolution and leverage fields in the Digital Asset Management system to sync with One Doc, and creating parallel pathing of assignments for launch tactics
  • Evaluating use of G drive, Teams sites, Digital Asset Management Systems and recommending opportunities to streamline and eliminate redundancies
  • Recommending beneficial integrations across enabling tools within Teams, including Sharepoint, Project Boards, Miro, and others 
  • Helping create formatting for consistent sharing across businesses
  • Creating process for integration of database adds, deletions, and updates to feed catalog/web
  • Updating additional sources impacted by data changes, and maintaining regular schedule of updates for cover, index, intro pages, photo gallery, at-a-glance charts, overviews, item listings and other catalog pages impacted by line changes
  • Coordinating updates to labels and proofreading, assisting in inventory managemnet, and replenishing new sampling initiatives like SampleBox from Anguleris

 

What will make you successful:

  • 4+ years project management experience with complex projects
  • Prior experience in Project Management as primary responsibility
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Daily application of web-based technologies, including Microsoft Suite, Teams, and related plug-ins
  • Experience implementing process improvements 
  • Detail orientation with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and drive schedules
  • Ability to work across multiple priorities and respond with agility

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Project management certification
  • Digital savvy
  • Ceiling product familiarity
  • Proofreading experience
  • Database/systems experience
  • Asset management or asset control experience
