AWI is currently seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to lead the AWI Treasury Department in cash and liquidity functions and insurance analytics. As Senior Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for the preparation of forecasts for budget and cash flow for both corporate and subsidiary levels. You will also act as the back-up for daily cash transactions including domestic and international electronic payments, foreign exchange transactions, journal entry posting, and monitoring counter-party risk and credit. 



What you'll be doing

  • Design and maintain analytical tools for daily cash position; assist with cash forecasting models
  • Utilize internal reports from various departments for submission of all cash forecasting to upper management
  • Assist with M&A functions for Treasury due diligence including bank relationship implementation and ongoing maintenance
  • Conduct ongoing analysis and metrics for loss development of insurance reserves and loss development factors and assist in ongoing claims handling
  • Act as liaison between carriers, brokers, TPA servicers, and company for claims information
  • Handle all state insurance filings
  • Approve wire requests up to $25,000,000 and process ad hoc Treasury invoices
  • Maintain invoicing database and general ledger cash account reconciliation
  • Assist with submission and review of Certificate of Insurance requests and maintain database of existing certificates
  • Assist Treasury & Risk Manager with annual budget and ongoing annual forecasts
  • Provide and create models involving cash flow metrics as well as liquidity, working capital, and quarterly corporate financial reporting
  • Handle all revolver borrowing requests and continuation of loan and revolver documentation
  • Assist with 10Q and 10K filing documentation
  • Ensure compliance with FBAR, FATCA, SOX, and GAAP for Treasury & Risk Management departments
  • Analyze and formulate recommendations regarding the debt portfolio, share repurchases, dividends, mergers and acquisitions, and other capital allocation decisions
  • Assist Treasury & Risk Manager, Environmental Health & Safety departments and plant management on claim trending, claim mitigation, and overall corporate risk analysis


What will make you successful

  • Completed Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of Finance/Accounting or Risk Management experience
  • Strong process improvement orientation
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Experience with Bloomberg and accounting software such as Hyperion and SAP


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in derivative regulatory work including Dodd Frank/ISDA’s
  • Insurance knowledge
  • CTP certification
