ACGI (a division of AWI) is seeking a Senior Manager to manage our Construction Services team in Marshfield, MO. As Senior Manager, you will be responsible for providing effective management and leadership to ACGI's Construction Services team, who is tasked with estimating, bidding, and executing small and large projects with specialty ceiling and walls applications. 

As Senior Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring that projects are estimated accurately and that correct solutions are utilized. You will also be expected to assist with application engineering, bid strategy management, and for ensuring the manufacturing and delivery of these complex solutions in a cost effective and profitable manner.

Note: Relocation assistance is available to the Marshfield area for this role. Up to 10% travel required.

Responsibilities:

• Direct reporting responsibility for the Estimation Team (6 direct and indirect reports); CAD Tech Team (13 direct and indirect reports); Project Management Team (9 direct and indirect reports); YISC/Strategic Accounts (4 direct and indirect reports)
• Partner with ACGI Plant Operations, AS Corporate Construction Services, and AS Wood Sales
• Act as Business and Process Leader - revise, design, and develop business processes and organizational model to support business growth and expansion
• Lead Wood S&OP meetings to ensure proper capacity and demand alignment with manufacturing operations
• Offer leadership as it relates to understanding architectural drawings, identifying risks, and providing technical solutions for commercial construction projects
• Design, implement, and track key metrics to drive performance
• Support claims resolution by reviewing customer complaints/claims, managing expectations, providing solutions, and resolving mutually beneficial outcomes for customers and AWI

Required Qualifications and Education:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in business, supply chain operations or an engineering discipline)
• 10+ years of combined operations leadership and/or project management experience
• 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing, estimating, construction services or supply chain environment
• Ability to travel to domestic locations for assignments and project oversight
• Strong data analytics and process oriented mindset
• Excellent people management skills with ability to effectively lead and develop local construction services organization to maximize revenues and profits
• Demonstrated ability to drive change, be agile, customer focused, and collaborative.
• Thorough knowledge of strategic and operational planning processes
• Experience with MS Office applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA degree or other advanced degree
• Construction management, procurement, and contract management experience
• Proficiency with Oasis takeoff, Newforma Project Management, AutoCAD / Revit / 3D Modeling, SAP
