1st shift – 5am to 3:30pm 


Monday to Thursday 4/10, overtime on Friday/Saturday 


$24.10 an hour 


Prorated 2 weeks/80 hours of vacation and 3 sick days, 9 paid holidays, STD

Will work for the 2020 Business of the Year recipient, from the Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce 


Job Output: 

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this employee is responsible for ensuring and maintaining all manufacturing standards, ensuring work schedules are accomplished and manpower is scheduled accordingly.   Promotes and governs a safe working environment.  Supports and enforces company policy.  Mentors and coaches employees on aspect of production, safety, quality, cost, delivery. Provides guidance for his/her team, on custom product builds that meet the specifications. 



Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: 

  • Conduct meetings with staff to give daily direction and goals 

  • Utilize reports, standard hours, actual hours, absorption, performance, schedule, etc. 

  • Assist with employee interviews, reviews and other employee issues. 

  • Address staffing needs. 

  • Train employees on jobs 

  • Work with Engineering and Quality departments to solve issues on the floor. 

  • Work with the materials group to schedule and tend to parts issues. 

  • Perform routine and non-routine repetitive production and/or service duties to include: operation of specialty machinery, setup of complex tooling and equipment, completion of reports and logs, follow-up on work schedules 

  • Communicate established safety standards to co-workers. 

  • Interpret process sheets for workers 

  • Read measuring instruments.   

  • Must clean and organize own area at the end of every shift. 

  • Provide quality products and services for internal and external customers. Performance of quality work and decisions is important to succeeding operations.  

  • Must communicate with the Safety department to ensure all safety and OSHA 1910 standards are followed. 

  • Must communicate with the Quality department to ensure all quality standards are followed. 

  • Must communicate with Human Resources to ensure all legal standards are followed. 


Supervisory Responsibilities:  Direct the work activities of 2-25 employees

  • Overtime, good attendance, punctual

  • Must be able to read Safety Data Sheets (SDS) sheet

  • Experience in setting and evaluating processes to determine best efficient layout  

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in managing people. Must possess excellent problem-solving skill 



  • Five years manufacturing experience 

  • Experience in quality assurance systems 

  •  5 years custom woodworking background (cabinetry, furniture making and architectural millwork)

Education and/or Experience 

  • Minimum GED or High School diploma 


Certificates, Licenses, Registrations 

  • Preferred: CPR/AED/1st Aid, OSHA 10 Hour, MDI Supervisor Certification
