1st shift – 5am to 1:30pm


Monday to Friday 5/8, overtime Saturdays




Prorated 80 hours of vacation and 24 hours sick time, 9 paid holidays, STD, LTD, 401k match, medical/RX, dental, vison, life insurance and more


Will work for the 2020 Business of the Year recipient, from the Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce


Retention Bonus: If employed longer than 1 year, eligible to receive a $1,000 retention bonus

Relocation Bonus: If moving 100+ miles, eligible to receive a $3,000 relocation bonus


Job Output:

This employee is responsible for ensuring and maintaining all warehouse standards, ensuring work schedules are accomplished and manpower is scheduled accordingly.  Promotes a safe working environment.  Supports and ensures company policies are followed.  Mentors and coaches’ employees on aspect of warehouse, safety, quality, cost, delivery.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Drive a fork truck.
  • Coordinate the daily operations regarding shipping/receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and task management.
  • Conduct meetings with staff to give daily direction.
  • Conduct employee interviews.
  • Supervise, train, coach, and motivate warehouse team.
  • Communicate with Production team to ensure warehouse team is accurate and efficient with material handling.
  • Teach and ensure established safety standards are followed.
  • Utilize SAP for inventory management, goods issues, and good receipts.
  • Must clean and organize own area at the end of every shift.
  • Must communicate with direct reports, give recognition, coach, and give direction.
  • Must communicate with the Safety department to ensure all safety and OSHA 1910 standards are followed.
  • Must communicate with Human Resources to ensure all legal/compliance standards are followed.


Supervisory Responsibilities:  Direct the work activities of 2-6 employees.

  • Forklift experience


  • Five years warehouse experience
  • Two years SAP ERP experience  
  • Previous warehouse/distribution center/manufacturing employment

This position is not exposed to adverse environmental conditions.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This role must be able to operate a forklift. PPE as required.


Education and/or Experience

  • Minimum GED or High School diploma


Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Preferred: CPR/AED/1st Aid, OSHA 10 Hour, Supervisor Certification
