Rattaché au Responsable RH, vous serez également en charge de fournir un soutien de projet aux domaines fonctionnels des opérations RH tels que le recrutement, l'intégration des employés, l'engagement et la formation des employés, la conformité aux réglementations/audits et la sécurité.

 

Ce que tu vas faire

 

Recrutement, acquisition de talents et dotation en personnel

  • Maintenir et mettre à jour les détails des demandes d'emploi et les offres d'emploi
  • Développer des annonces de recrutement pour les médias sociaux, les journaux et la page des carrières de l'entreprise
  • Superviser l'activité d'approbation des offres d'emploi et demander les identifiants de poste central des employés
  • Effectuer la présélection des candidats,
  • Planifie les entretiens et prépare les dossiers d'entretien pour le personnel à temps plein et temporaire.
  • Aide à la création de lettres d'offre aux nouveaux employés de production
  • Coordonner les vérifications des antécédents et le dépistage des drogues avant l'embauche
  • Remplir les contrôles E-Verify pour toutes les nouvelles recrues
  • Gestion des numéros de TMS et des identifiants d'entreprise pour les nouvelles recrues et les employés temporaires

 

Accompagnement de projets RH

  • Coordonner et soutenir le travail de projet visant à créer un travail standard pour les RH
  • Collaborer avec d'autres membres de l'organisation de fabrication, des collègues des RH et des parties prenantes à travers AWI pour exécuter avec succès les changements de programme et les initiatives RH

 

Conservation des dossiers

  • Diriger les activités annuelles de conservation des dossiers
  • Créer et maintenir des dossiers liés aux RH, aux dossiers médicaux et à la formation
  • Agir à titre de coordonnateur de la conservation des dossiers de l'usine ; soumission et suivi des dossiers RH (changements de salaire et de poste, embauches, licenciements, etc.) en temps réel

 

Politique, procédure et communication RH

  • Aider les employés de l'usine avec des questions RH
  • Aider à la maintenance des politiques, des procédures et du contenu du manuel de l'usine
  • Maintenir les panneaux d'affichage de l'usine conformément aux exigences d'affichage de l'État et du gouvernement fédéral

 

Récompenses, reconnaissance et formation

  • Coordonner et planifier des événements pour les employés, des repas/cookouts, des événements caritatifs, etc.
  • S'assurer que les chefs d'équipe et les superviseurs effectuent les enregistrements 30/60/90 des nouveaux employés
  • Coordonner les horaires d'intégration des nouveaux employés, y compris les présentateurs, les participants, etc.
  • Fournir un soutien administratif au système de reconnaissance des employés, aux avantages sociaux et à la gestion des congés
  • Encadrer le personnel sur les processus d'avantages sociaux et les avantages disponibles

 

Soutien à la sécurité de l'usine

  • Aider aux tâches administratives impliquées dans tous les processus clés de la sécurité de l'usine
  • Superviser le processus de formation à la conformité en matière de sécurité pour tous les employés
  • Garantir des processus efficaces de réduction de la tolérance aux risques et un processus d'enquête sur les incidents
  • Fournir des résolutions aux problèmes et aux préoccupations des employés en matière de sécurité

Qualifications requises:

  • Expérience ou capacité à apprendre rapidement la gestion de la paie et les systèmes d'information sur les ressources humaines (SIRH)
  • Compétences interpersonnelles exceptionnelles
  • Capacité à gérer des situations sensibles et confidentielles avec tact, professionnalisme et diplomatie
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office
  • Diplôme d'associé ou de baccalauréat en commerce, en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe
  • 2 ans et plus d'expérience de travail en ressources humaines dans un environnement de fabrication à plusieurs équipes

 

 

Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, the Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for providing onsite support to Montreal Plant personnel in the areas of HR and safety.  The incumbent will provide project support to functional areas of HR operations such as recruitment, employee onboarding, employee engagement and training, regulatory/audit compliance, and safety.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Recruiting

  • Maintains job requisitions including approvals to post jobs.
  • Requests Employee Central position IDs.
  • Maintains/updates job descriptions.
  • Assists with posting jobs.
  • Assists with recruiting ads including social media, newspaper, and the company website.
  • Assists with applicant screening for full-time and temporary staff.
  • Schedules interviews and prepares interview packets for full-time and temporary staff.

Staffing

  • Assists with offer letters to production staff.
  • Coordinates pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
  • Completes E-verify checks for all new hires.
  • Manages TMS #’s and company employee IDs for new hires and temporary employees.

Records Retention

  • Creates and maintains HR files, medical files, and training files on a weekly basis.
  • Submits Employee Central HR entries including pay changes, job changes, hires, terminations, etc. on the day received.
  • Serves as the company Records Retention Coordinator for the plant.  Leads annual records retention activities.

Policies & Procedures/Communication

  • Assists with basic HR questions from employees.
  • Assists with maintenance of plant policies, procedures, and handbook.
  • Maintains bulletin boards.
  • Maintains compliance with all state and federal posting requirements.

Rewards and Recognition

  • Assists with event planning, employee meals/cookouts, charitable contributions etc.
  • Provides recognition system administrative support.
  • Manages charitable/community service projects.

Training

  • Ensures Team Leads/Supervisors turn in 30/60/90 new hire check-ins.
  • Coordinates new hire onboarding schedule including presenters, attendees, etc.
  • Oversees Benefits/Leave Management process.
  • Coaches employees about benefits process and benefits available to them.

Safety Support

  • Assists with administrative duties involved in the key processes of plant safety including:
    • Safety Compliance Training process for all employees.
    • Effective Risk Tolerance Reduction processes.
    • Investigation process for incidents.
    • Resolution of employee safety issues and concerns.
    • Scheduling of the Health and Safety Committee Meetings and taking of minutes.

Pay For Skill

  • Supports the Pay for Skill program as required.

HR Project Support

  • Coordinates and supports project work aimed at creating standard work for HR function in manufacturing.
  • Works closely and collaboratively with other members of the manufacturing organization, colleagues within HR, and stakeholders across the company to successfully executive program changes and HR initiatives.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities:  None

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.

Education/Experience

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of human resource work experience in a multi-shift, manufacturing environment is preferred.
