What You'll Be Doing:
- Completing an assigned engineering project during the term of the internship
- Troubleshooting electrical manufacturing equipment
- Contributing to several ongoing capital engineering projects diverse areas of the plant
- Gaining experience and exposure to the Project Management Life Cycle, including:
- Preparation of project specifications and requirements
- Project schedule coordination and utilization of Project Management tools
- Installation oversight, project closing activities, and sustainability initiatives
You’ll gain valuable experience and exposure to:
- Large scale manufacturing facility and equipment and safe working practices
- Capital engineering projects taking place within varied areas of the plant
- Equipment Reliability to include asset management, process improvement, capital management and execution, contractor integration and management, and development of machine maintenance best practices (PM, PdM, etc.)
Required Qualifications:
- Obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Must be a maximum of 24 months away from graduation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
