The estimated base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $95,000 per year.  
Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors

Join us at BŌK Modern, a cutting-edge architectural metal systems company located in downtown San Rafael, CA. We're seeking a dynamic Project Manager with experience in commercial façade, architecture, ornamental metal, design build, structural steel, or metal fabrication industry, to spearhead our national landmark projects.

 

We specialize in ultra-modern architectural metal systems, including balcony and stair guardrails, wall screens, canopies, and fencing. Collaborating with renowned architecture firms, you'll be at the forefront of innovation in the industry.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project lifecycles from the close of contract to delivery of materials.
  • Coordinate schedules with clients and industry partners to ensure top-tier quality for our custom architectural metal systems.
  • Communicate with clients on a day-to-day basis.
  • Play a key role within our studio, handling tasks such as submitting and tracking RFIs, change orders, and reviewing submittals.
  • Oversee client and engineering coordination, troubleshooting, and developing solutions for field issues.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential as you will be working across various projects, products, and scales concurrently.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in project management in one of the industries mentioned above.
  • Client Coordination: Proven track record of effectively coordinating with clients within the building industry (Installers, GC, Architect, Ownership)
  • Architectural Metals: Experience in Architectural metal design build is preferred.
  • Financial experience managing project budgets and analyzing trends across projects to recommend improvements in estimating.
  • Comfortable managing 20-30 projects at a time through their 1-2 year lifespan.
  • Quality Control: Understanding of quality control processes
  • Ability to review work done by the drafting team who operates in both Solidworks and AutoCad. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Word, Excel, and Bluebeam with experience in Builder Trend and project management software being a plus.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to think outside the box and thrive in urgent situations both in office and on site.
  • Positive Attitude: Always aiming for positive solutions as a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent people skills and communication abilities.
  • Organization and Time Management: Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
